Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful, responsible and safe use of Implest.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Implest. It is designed to protect customers, recipients, connected accounts, external platforms and the service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Lawful business use
Use Implest only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts and content that you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the legality of your target audience, offer, legal basis, communications and instructions.
Do not use Implest to send unlawful spam, conceal a legally required identity, evade recipient objections, misrepresent a commercial relationship or deliberately bypass country- or channel-specific compliance controls.
3. Prohibited identities and platform abuse
Do not use fictitious human identities, impersonate another person, share or connect accounts without authorisation, scrape or extract data in violation of applicable law or contractual restrictions, or attempt to defeat anti-abuse, rate-limit, authentication or platform-security mechanisms.
Do not deliberately configure Implest to continue sending after a recipient has opted out or after Implest has applied a suppression or compliance block.
4. Prohibited high-impact uses
Unless Implest has expressly reviewed and approved a specific compliant deployment, do not use the service to make or materially support decisions about employment or candidate selection, creditworthiness, lending, insurance eligibility or pricing, healthcare diagnosis or treatment, education admissions, access to essential public or private services, law-enforcement decisions, migration or asylum decisions, social scoring or other legally regulated high-impact decisions about individuals.
Do not use Implest to infer, target or discriminate on the basis of special-category personal data, intimate characteristics, biometric identification, criminal history or information about minors.
5. Harmful and unlawful content
Do not use Implest for fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, illegal goods or services, deceptive impersonation or other unlawful or harmful activity.
Do not instruct the AI to fabricate evidence, impersonate a real person deceptively, or conceal material facts where doing so would mislead a recipient in a commercial interaction.
6. AI and autonomous execution
Do not remove or defeat AI disclosures where the service or applicable law requires them. Do not use autonomous execution to circumvent an approval, safety, suppression, platform or legal control.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that autonomous instructions are appropriate for their business and that any required professional or human review is carried out.
7. Enforcement
Implest may block an action, pause a Mission, restrict an integration or suspend affected access where we reasonably believe this policy, applicable law, a recipient objection or a third-party platform rule is being violated. Where appropriate, we may request information needed to assess the use case.
Repeated or serious violations may result in termination. We may preserve information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law or protect the service and affected persons.
